Toby Eisenberg joined Bisignano & Harrison, L.L.P. in 2001, after 2 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P. in their wealth transfer services group. Toby is a partner of the firm and counsels clients on estate planning, business continuation planning, charitable gift planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, fiduciary representation, and marital property issues.

 

Toby is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Toby is a frequent speaker at state and local estate planning programs and seminars.

 

Toby received his B.A. degree from Rice University in 1994, his M.A. degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1997, and his J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999. Toby is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in theology at Southern Methodist University. Toby is married to Suzy of Richardson, TX and has three children.
